We can only accept CURRRENT bill payments. Past due bill payments, parking permits, and other payments may be made with the Village office in person or by phone with cash, check or credit card.
There is a convenience service fee that will be added to your payment amount. You must accept the convenience service fee before proceeding with the charge. The credit card processor collects the fee, not the Village.
(Balance due may not be reflected immediately if payment is made by cash or check to the Village office).

Fees are due for the quarter of:
June-July-Aug. by May 15th
Sept.-Oct.-Nov by August 15th
Dec.-Jan.-Feb. by Nov. 15th
Mar.-Apr.-May by Feb. 15th
Refund POLICY: It is the policy of the Village NOT TO ISSUE REFUNDS for parking permits already issued once the quarter has begun.
PAY EARLY to insure continuity of your current permit. Continuity will be guaranteed if payment is received before close of business on the last business day of the month preceding the start of the new quarter. The village office is open between 8:30 and 4:00 P.M except in June, July & August. Call 845-279-3760 to check the business hours.
Exceptions to these policies may only be made by the Board of Trustees. Contact the Village Office for additional information. 845-279-3760. Fees are due for the quarter.
